Return / Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. The Purchase must be in the original packaging, received from the shipper, with no damages. Purchasing package insurance is necessary if the package is lost or damaged in transport.
We offer samples to assist you in choosing the perfect color to match your decor, thus cutting down on the need for returns.
A restocking fee of 30% is to be deducted from your original invoice.

You can exchange your purchase by paying for the return shipping and the shipping of the exchanged item.

On rugs that are 8,' x 10' or larger shipments, we have a dock to receive, and those hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Eastern Time.
There are no returns or refunds on custom-cut or special-ordered products.
